The Office of Intellectual Property Administration (OIPA) is the System component of the university’s technology transfer operation and supports the campus technology transfer offices (TTO) with administration of finances, IT support for common systems, and combined reporting across the system. Each campus technology transfer office (TTO) of the University of Missouri has an independent office that serves as the focal point for entrepreneurship, economic development and technology transfer in their local area.
